[edit] Being Excellent To Those Around Us
[edit] Grounds/outside
- The driveway is not a dumping ground, nor a storage area.
- This goes double for the yard. Since this is now (will soon be) visible from Switchyard Park, it is not a hidden back yard--it will be Bloominglabs’ front yard for much of the public.
- Grilling - cool, not a problem. Just make sure all fire stays inside the grill, clean up after and leave no sign (including tables & chairs) that there was an event.
[edit] Fire exits & Pathways
- Paths between rooms need to be clear. The easiest way to ensure people are not on fire is to make sure they can escape a fire.
- Hallways are not storage rooms. Keep all hallways passable and free of clutter/debris.
- Generally, the floor is not storage space.
[edit] Neighborliness
- We have neighbors on all sides: some in the same building, some in adjacent buildings, and some across the stream.
- Don’t make it hard for them to use their own spaces as they see fit.
[edit] Tenancy
- Don’t make things hard for Mark, our landlord. Mark is our friend, not an adversary.
- If you damage a part of the building, please let contact@bloominglabs.org know immediately. Let Mark know, too (PENDING APPROVAL FROM MARK).
